• 300 EUR security deposit, payable upfront
• Security deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out
• 100% refund: canceled more than 10 days before check-in.
• 50% refund: canceled more than 5 days and check-in.
• 0% refund: canceled less than 5 days and check-in.
